Hi, I'm Jinal

Part Storyteller. Part System-Builder.
Mostly a Problem-Solver.

Give me a half-baked idea, a broken workflow, or a team in need of clarity, and I’ll shape it into a system that works.

Experiences That Shaped Me

From tutor to blog writer to content lead – here’s how the last 15 years unfolded.

IIDE - The Digital School

Over six years, I rose through the ranks. What began as a writing role grew into something much bigger.

I led teams, designed curricula, managed projects, produced videos, and integrated tech tools into learning.

I experimented, built, and learned what kind of work truly energises me.

HDFC Securities

My time here was brief but impactful.

I learned how to make “serious” content feel human and accessible — breaking down finance for the everyday reader.

It taught me that even in the most structured, seemingly “serious” industries, creativity has a place — and clarity always wins.

GST Edge

First real job and it came with “wear all the hats” energy.

I wrote blogs, collaborated on e-books, and even took on sales and recruitment tasks for a while.

It gave me room to explore, learn, and find my calling.

(Spoiler: It’s content).

Freelancing

This was my “say yes to everything” chapter.

From website content and long-form blogs to pitch decks and even a non-fiction book translation, every project stretched a new creative muscle.

Each brief was unique, every deadline tighter than the last — and I enjoyed every bit of it.

I learned how to make “serious” content feel accessible and how to balance brand tone with creativity.

I also learned just how much I enjoy writing marketing emails.

What I Do
(And Love Doing)

A mix of content, management, and creative problem-solving.

Trusted by Teammates,
Backed by Bosses

Apparently, my endless stream of questions improves the outcome.

“She became one of my most trusted colleagues at IIDE and a true right hand in every sense. She’s fiercely committed to getting things right, not just working hard for the sake of it. She’s not only process-oriented but also highly creative, often solving problems with innovative ideas that made a real impact. She’ll be an asset to any team. ”
Karan Shah
CEO & Founder,
IIDE - The Digital School
"Attention to detail + Innate curiosity = her strongest assets. Her ability to hold a strong point of view, while remaining open to feedback and healthy debate, has made her a thoughtful and dependable collaborator. It’s been a pleasure working alongside Jinal and witnessing her growth and impact."
Manali Bhattacharya
Student Success Director,
IIDE, The Digital School
"Jinal’s the kind of teammate who makes projects fun and flawless. We’ve worked on everything from scriptwriting to video shoots, and she always brings sharp ideas, serious attention to detail, and just the right amount of quirk. She’ll ask 17 questions till she’s crystal clear, then turn the brief into something smart, creative, and on-point. "

Work, words, or weird ideas — I’m listening.

I’m chronically online (unless I’m sleeping) so you can expect a prompt response. Try it if you don’t believe me.
